You can cancel your ticket and get a full refund within 14 days of buying it, or up until the event starts — whichever comes first. Email us at 

 with your Luma order ID, and we'll refund your card within 14 days.

After 14 days, or once the event has started.

We can't offer standard refunds at this point, but we know life happens. If something serious has come up like illness or a family emergency, please reach out to 

 and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

If you can't make it, you're welcome to give your ticket to a colleague or friend, free of charge. Send us their full name and email at 

 at least 48 hours before the event. Tickets are not for resale for profit. Any tickets resold for profit will be voided.
